Delete your account

You have the right to delete your Leileat account and all associated personal data at any time, free of charge (GDPR Art. 17 — Right to erasure).

Method 1: Directly from the app (recommended)

1. Open the Leileat app

Log in to your account and go to the Profile screen.

2. Go to "Legal Information"

Scroll to the bottom and tap Legal Information.

3. Tap "Delete account"

A screen will open showing you all the data that will be deleted.

4. Confirm by typing "DELETE"

To prevent accidental deletions, you will need to type the word DELETE in the text field.

5. Deletion starts immediately

You will receive a confirmation and be logged out. All data is removed from our servers within 30 days.

Method 2: By email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing to:

privacy@leileat.com

Include the email address of your account in the message. We will respond within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12 deadline).

What is deleted

Irreversible deletion. Once deleted, we will not be able to recover your data, even at your request. If you want to keep your history, first download a copy of your data from your profile ("Download my data" section, GDPR Art. 20 right).

Premium subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any active Premium subscription (App Store / Google Play). To cancel the renewal:

Apple Sign-In: When you delete the account, we attempt to automatically revoke the Sign in with Apple authorisation from your Apple ID. If for any reason the revocation fails, you can remove it manually from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Leileat → Stop using.
